Do you offer a 24hr service?

We do not currently offer a 24 hour call out service to private domestic customers, however we hope to be able to offer this service soon. We will update this site when we are able to offer this service to our private domestic customers.

There are so many property maintenance companies out there, what makes you better than them?

We believe, through customer feedback, that our service is excellent. We pride ourselves on keeping to every appointment made and by continually ensuring that we provide not just the best quality workmanship but also that we remain very competitive on prices. We will go out of our way to make sure that our customers get what they want and ensure that they are left very happy with any work carried out.

 

How do I book a job?

Simply ring our office on 01283 542160 between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm. If we are not able to provide you with any details on the phone the matter will be passed on and someone would contact you the same day.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we can provide you with a free estimate for all work.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry insurance.

What if i’m not totally satisfied with the completed job?

Just give us a call and we will return to you and rectify any defects free of charge.
